First people’s principal of learning goes hand in hand with the BC Curriculum. When thinking of a year’s plan, you would look at the BC curriculum while also reflecting on the first people’s principle of learning. Incorporating these teachings into the classroom is part of creating a classroom community and it is important to build that classroom community. In order to create a safe classroom environment you must create a classroom community and community start with the first peoples principle of learning.
